Diwali events, live and coming up

BGMI: Kiaraa and the Diwali Bazaar

Kiaraa arrived on 8 October 2026. KRAFTON India calls her the first original in-game character its in-house art team created entirely in India, and she comes with a Diwali-dressed Bazaar on Erangel. KRAFTON says the Bazaar is BGMI's second India-themed location, after the Stepwell in 2025.

How to summon Kiaraa

  1. Drop into the Bazaar on Erangel. It's a new hot drop, so expect company.
  2. Search the courtyard for the four peacock-shaped lamps, following the blue indicators.
  3. Activate all four summon points. Kiaraa wakes up.
  4. Enter the blue-bordered Boss Fight Zone. She fights with a bow and calls arrows down from above, so keep moving and keep your squad together.
  5. Squads that beat her take the rewards.

What else is in the event

The Kiaraa Nakshatra Spin holds the Kiaraa Nakshatra Set, Divine Peacock Glider, Divine Radiance SCAR-L (an upgradable skin), Divine Chariot Buggy, Arrow Rain Emote and Divine Edge Machete. There's also a Kiaraa Exchange Center, Kiaraa Arena challenges and daily login rewards. KRAFTON hasn't said when the Bazaar event ends.

KRAFTON India's marketing director, Srinjoy Das, says there is "more to come this Diwali", so expect another BGMI announcement before 8 November. It goes on this page the day it's published.

BGMI: Diwali Prize Path (22 Oct – 15 Nov)

KRAFTON calls it the first Prize Path BGMI has built for India: 20 levels from 22 October to 15 November 2026, with rewards including the Revel 01 Set and the Diwali Gold Set.

About the Royal Enfield bikes. Press reports on the 4.6 update (Business Today, FoneArena) also list two Royal Enfield bikes as Prize Path rewards, the Continental GT 650 and the Bullet 350. KRAFTON's own release doesn't name them, so treat them as reported until the Prize Path opens on 22 October. Nobody has published a UC price yet either, so check the in-game screen before you spend.

Free Fire MAX: not announced yet

As of 9 Oct 2026, Garena hasn't announced a Diwali 2026 event for Free Fire MAX that we could find on its official website or on Free Fire India's official channels. Some sites already list "leaked" Diwali rewards and dates. We don't publish leaks: they're often wrong, and some lead to fake downloads.

What happened last year: Garena's 2025 Diwali update ran from 3 to 26 October 2025 and added diyas, rangolis and a "Dark Zone" area on Bermuda, The Hans India reported. Diwali fell on 20 October in 2025; this year it's on 8 November, so the timing may shift.

When Garena announces it, the dates go here and on our Free Fire MAX events calendar.

Diwali redeem codes

Festivals often bring redeem codes from official channels. We list a code only after it redeems on our own account:

Stay safe this Diwali

There is no special Diwali version of either game to download. Diwali content arrives through the normal Play Store update. Skip any site offering a "Diwali APK", free diamonds or free UC: no website can add currency to your account, and modified game files are a quick way to get banned.
